Had a great experience with Black Bear Tree Company! Chris was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and to line up a date to have a stump ground. Communication about the process and what to expect was clear and precise. The actual results were exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend Black Bear Tree. From the start, their response time was prompt, communication was excellent, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

Chris, the owner, is a total professional. He’s clearly an experienced arborist who knows his business, gives straightforward advice, and is fair and honest in his approach.

It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines expertise with great customer service. A+ arborist company with an experienced and fair owner. Highly recommended!

Had Black Bear come in and take down some trees to open up our space and also get advice from Chris on a couple of others that are an issue with power lines. The crew came in and made quick work of it. Their expertise was evident. Great work, great cleanup, great experience. Looking forward to working with them again.

Black Bear came in last minute to accommodate a hardscape project I have going on and did a fantastic job! Quick, clean and neat! Removed 8-10 trees in 1/2 day. I recommend them highly.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job with opening up the canopy around the house. He was extremely responsive from scheduling the estimate through completing the project. He and his crew were very professional and cleaned up the work site upon completion. Highly recommend his company to anyone needing tree work completed.

This is the company to call. Professional, knowledgeable and timely. These people are the best. Upfront and honest. They return your call show up and go to work. I had them clear out a difficult area and when there was an issue they didn’t stop and complain. The entire team worked together and got the problem solved. Really great job. Honest and genuinely polite. Call them and you will be happy you did. They totally stand out from the rest of the flyby night tree companies.

Chris and his crew were 100% on it.. We have solar panels we told him how we needed more sun for them. We picked out what we thought was going to work. Chris and crew watched the sun and the trees and helped us adjust what we wanted removed! Chris and crew were so polite and respectful. The heat was brutal but it didn't change the way they professionally represented the business! Thank you Chris.

I can’t thank Black Bear Tree enough for coming to the rescue and getting my sweet Queenie safely out of the tree!

From the moment I called, they responded immediately and came over without hesitation. I truly appreciated how prompt, professional, and compassionate they were during such a stressful situation.

Queenie is so much more than just a pet—she’s family. Having her safely back on the ground was the biggest relief, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for your kindness, quick response, and for going above and beyond to help bring my fur baby home. I would highly recommend Black Bear Tree to anyone in need!
